As part of our Corporate Social Responsible Programme we strongly believe in contributing back into the community that supports us. Our company is a member of or contributes to or has made a public commitment to the following community based organizations and charities:

• Citizenship Business Club operated by the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain.
• Community Education Awards scheme operated by the Police Community Clubs of Great Britain (to which our company contributed, in 2012)
• Lennox Children's Cancer Fund 366 (to which our company contributed, this year 2012, a donation and we aim to continue year on year) – Charity Registration Number 1011325 - at Lennox House, 57 Mawney Road, Romford, Essex RM7 7HL
• Monetary donation made this year to the Islamic Research Foundation International
• Monetary donation made to Muslim Aid (Muslim Aid is a UK based relief and development agency established in 1985 and working in over 70 countries)

We have contributed to over 8 different charities in 2012.

We are already employing Apprentices promoted by local government schemes and so we would seek to take on further Staff or Apprentices through the XCITE and FIRST RUNG programmes.

As a multiculturally owned business, with a multi-cultural / ethnic, multi-racial and otherwise diverse existing workforce, we will continue to make new staff positions open, fairly and equally to applicants by advertising vacancies locally. This is a general company principle that we believe has a natural and positive effect and impact on how our business is perceived by our customers / clients and service users
